Everybody adores being frightened by unnerving films or television, and our Haunted Séance provides the occasion for a spine-tingling encounter —first-hand and in-person! The event is carefully be orchestrated so as not be too frightening, and provides for a plethora of entertainment: humor, lore, ghostly tales, and “thumps under the bed”.

Our telling of a factual, formidable, and dramatic historical tale of the Spirits to be conjurered, is underscored by discreet music, and mood setting candlelight. The introduction of genuine arcane and antique artifacts, opens each sitter’s mind, and creates a spooky ambiance, informing those circling the table that this is to be an interactive theatrical event, and not some dismal undertaking or new-age exploit.
In the traditional Spiritualist Séances of Victorian times (which are occasionally practiced today) guests sat around the table, hands touching, and awaited the manifestation of ghosts and messages of the world of Spirit. Unfortunately this tedious process yielded less than satisfactory results. You’ll relish our exciting, mesmerizing, and harrowing event that guarantees an elated response from your guests, and provides a memorable experience that will be the talk of the town for months.
As the host or hostess, when planning your invitations, you will want to strive to achieve a good ratio of “women to men”, and “believers” to “non-believers”, and plan so the guests equal twelve in number (the Medium becoming the traditional thirteenth guest seated) young people should be discouraged from participating in our Haunted Séance.
As the Séance unfolds a preamble is given and expectations for the evening clarified. As the history of this haunting is related the lights are lit, but as the Medium descends into trance candles become the sole illumination, this progression is intentional so confidence is built up with The Baron, and a cordial rapport is established between the sitters, as everyone becomes at ease with the flow of the evening’s distinctive entertainment.
